As a Senior/Lead NLP/Generative AI Specialist, you will drive the development of advanced NLP models and generative AI solutions, focusing on text understanding and generation. You will leverage cutting-edge techniques in large language models (LLMs) and transformer architectures to optimize AI systems, ensure scalability, and lead innovation in the NLP and generative AI space.
Your expertise will guide the development of real-time applications while maintaining ethical AI standards and promoting continuous model improvement.
•NLP & ML Techniques: Text classification, named entity recognition, sentiment analysis, topic modeling, transformer-based architectures (GPT, LLaMA), embeddings, vector search, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RLHF.
•Generative AI & Deep Learning: LLMs, multimodal AI (text, images, audio), LlamaIndex.
•Programming & Frameworks: Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI API, LangChain, MLflow, Ray, Weights & Biases.
•Data Engineering & Deployment: Large-scale text dataset processing, Spark NLP, Apache Beam, MLOps, deployment (AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker).
•Security & Ethical AI: AI ethics, bias mitigation, data privacy, AI explainability (XAI).
•NLP Model Development & Optimization: Design, develop, and optimize NLP models for text understanding and generation. Fine-tune LLMs for specific domains.
•Generative AI Implementation: Build and deploy generative AI solutions such as chatbots, creative content generation, and text summarization.
•Data Pipeline & Preprocessing: Develop pipelines for text processing, annotation, and enhancing model accuracy using structured and unstructured data.
•Scalable AI Model Deployment: Deploy NLP models in production, ensuring real-time application support via REST APIs and cloud services.
•MLOps & Continuous Model Improvement: Implement automated retraining and monitor model drift and data drift.
•Ethical AI & Bias Mitigation: Reduce bias in models and ensure compliance with ethical standards and governance frameworks.
•Research & Innovation: Stay updated with the latest NLP and generative AI research; experiment with open-source LLMs for innovative applications.
•Collaboration & Mentorship: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions and mentor junior engineers and researchers.
