As a Lead Engineer, you will define and execute the technical roadmap for AI and data solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. You will lead system architecture, AI/ML model deployment, and data pipeline development while integrating DevOps best practices for automation and cloud management.
Your role also includes mentoring engineers, collaborating with business teams, and ensuring compliance with security and data governance standards.
•Software Development & Architecture: Python, Java, TypeScript, Go, design patterns, microservices.
•AI & Data Engineering: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Apache Spark, Airflow, ETL/ELT, SQL/NoSQL databases, Ray, Modin
•Cloud & DevOps: AWS, GCP, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD), Terraform
•Big Data & Analytics: Kafka, Spark, Flink
•Technical Leadership & Strategy: Define and drive the technical roadmap for AI and data solutions.
•System Architecture & Scalability: Design scalable, efficient, and secure AI/data systems.
•AI/ML Model Deployment: Implement MLOps best practices for continuous model training and optimization.
•Data Engineering & Pipelines: Develop scalable data pipelines ensuring quality and security.
•DevOps & Automation: Set up CI/CD, manage cloud infrastructure, and ensure system reliability.
•Mentorship & Collaboration: Guide engineers, foster innovation, and work with business teams.
•Security & Compliance: Implement best practices in data governance, encryption, and regulatory compliance.
