As a Data Architect, you will define and implement enterprise-wide data architecture strategies to ensure scalable, resilient, and high-performance data platforms. You will oversee the design of data pipelines and integration processes, ensuring optimized data flow between on-premises and cloud environments.
Your expertise in data governance, security, and performance optimization will play a key role in enhancing data management capabilities and aligning data architecture with business objectives. Additionally, you will lead innovation in data technologies and mentor the next generation of data professionals.
•Data Architecture & Modeling: Data modeling (relational, dimensional, NoSQL), data lake, data warehouse, data mesh, OLTP/OLAP systems, metadata management, data lineage, cataloging.
•Big Data & Cloud Technologies: Cloud platforms (AWS Redshift, Snowflake, Google BigQuery, Azure Synapse), big data (Hadoop, Spark, Delta Lake, Iceberg), streaming architectures (Kafka, Flink, Kinesis).
•Data Governance & Security: Data governance frameworks (DAM, DMBOK), data security (encryption, access controls), compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2), Master Data Management (MDM).
•ETL, Integration & Performance Optimization: ETL/ELT (dbt, Airflow, Informatica), API-driven integration (GraphQL, REST, gRPC), performance optimization (query indexing, partitioning).
•Programming & Infrastructure: SQL, Python, Scala, Java, containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
•Data Architecture Strategy & Design: Define and implement enterprise-wide data architecture, ensuring scalability and resilience of data platforms.
•Data Governance & Compliance: Establish and enforce data governance, security, and compliance policies, including RBAC and encryption strategies.
•Data Integration & Pipeline Management: Oversee end-to-end data pipelines, optimizing data flow between on-premises and cloud environments.
•Performance Optimization & Reliability: Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and optimized query performance on cloud platforms.
•Collaboration & Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business teams to align data architecture with organizational goals.
•Technology Evaluation & Innovation: Evaluate emerging technologies, drive innovation in AI/ML-powered platforms, and enhance real-time analytics capabilities.
•Mentorship & Leadership: Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of data excellence and innovation across the organization.
